Breakin' Me down to the bare bones...

There's a timelessness about this stuff...
Well I suppose a not too brief description of me belongs in this section of the page. My name is Brandon Hubbard, I'm a 19 year old college student. I am currently a student at the Delaware Technical Community College, majoring in Computer Networking Engineering. I am also the Technology Coordinator for St. Anthony of Padua Grade School.

A brief breakdown to the reason I am the way I am should probably be here. I am a product of a broken, lower middle class home. Smallest house on the block type of thing. Worked full time since I was a freshman in order to stay out of the house. High school was a serious length of experimentation and just plain foolishness. It's a wonder I remember anything!! I scraped through school with just a basic "whatever" attitude. Never did homework, never cared to, but I loved me a test.

In any case, I finished out the last 2 years of h.s. in Salem County Vocational Technical School, (whose title has since changed) in the Computer Systems Technologies class. This was only done to basically get out of school, and to beef up my all ready die-hard interest in computers.

Well, I completed the course under the instruction of a couple of really influential people to me, despite attempts by the administration to prevent it. The bottom of the page, as well as the logo, is just an example of how I paid back the administration for their Nazi-like tactics. I have 1 or 2 more of these things floating around for some more of the administrators, but since they are granting me money to go to college, I better not show anyone that currently works there. (That's right... IT WAS ME AND IT WASN'T THE ONLY DISK... in fact the disk you had wasn't even it!! The picture was in the computer you guys checked!!)

After h.s. I went on to a couple of different jobs, including Domino's Pizza. (THE best!!) Well, I ended up leaving there, and moving to drugstore.com, only to get fired for whatever reason. Shortly after this, Mr. G (one of those aforementioned "influential people") called me asking me for help at St. Anthony's. The rest is history. I signed on here in March of 2001, and will be here into 2005.

Interests:
Do-It-Yourself speaker building is a personal favorite. More info can be found in the Speakers section. As for work that I have done, follow the link on the left hand side to My Speakers.
Computers have to be up there too. I've been playing with these things since I was a kid. A 286 was a gaming machine back then!! Same thing with the links as the one above.
My dog has got to be an interest. In June of 2001, I was given a beautiful pit-bull puppy for my birthday, and the little bitch grew on me. She will have a page with pics, etc. coming soon.
And the number one most interesting thing to do, chill with my peoples. Check out the "My Peoples" link to the left for some photos and some down right funny stuff.
